I just went recently to buy family meal. The girl who helped me was very nice and helpful. We got napkins and condiments without asking. Weird that it's something to praise but mostly all fast foods either charge extra or skip on it.

I have eaten here a few times. They have automated menus now, so you can take as long as you need to order your food. The staff is friendly, but with cut backs, the service takes longer than it used to. The food is still good. I love the fish sandwich. A much better deal than most other fast food places and you get to dress it up with extra toppings.
